Polyurethane Sheets, Scrapers, Strips & Moulded Products

All our polyurethane material is silicone free and sheets, strips and scraper blades can be manufactured to suit your company’s specific requirements. Our hot table capability allows us to cast various sizes up to 4200mm long × 1800mm wide and from 2mm up to 150mm thick, longer lengths can be supplied on request on certain sized strips. Tolerances on all dimensions are ± 0.5mm.

We can also produce the above polyurethane items complete with a variety of slots, holes and inserts than can be incorporated within the products if required.

Our polyurethane material can be bonded or moulded to metal for extra strengthening if application requires, which can be free issued from yourselves or purchased by us on your behalf. We work very closely with our mould manufacturer onsite to ensure all moulded products will be designed and manufactured to the highest standard and to strict tolerances to meet all our customer’s requirements.
